Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Sheet2Shop, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Service Description

Sheet2Shop is a service that enables users to transform their Google Sheets into professional TikTok-style online shops with integrated payment processing through Stripe.

What You Can Do

• Connect your Google Sheets to create online shops
• Process payments through your own Stripe account
• Customize your shop appearance and settings
• Manage orders directly in your Google Sheets

What You Cannot Do

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Sell prohibited items as defined by Stripe and applicable laws

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled directly through your connected Stripe account. Sheet2Shop does not process, store, or have access to customer payment information. You are responsible for compliance with Stripe's terms of service and applicable payment regulations.

Data and Privacy

Your product data remains in your Google Sheets. We only access your sheets to display products and write order information. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend service for maintenance, updates, or in case of abuse.

Limitation of Liability

Sheet2Shop is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, but your data in Google Sheets and Stripe remains yours.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service interface.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
