Data Privacy at Sheet2Shop

At Sheet2Shop, we prioritize your data privacy. All your product data stays in your Google Sheets, and we only store minimal account data necessary for service operation.

What We Store

• Account information (email, name, subscription status)
• Store connection settings (Google Sheets ID, Stripe account connection)
• Usage analytics (anonymized)

What We Don't Store

• Your product data - this remains in your Google Sheets
• Customer information - this is saved directly in your Google Sheets
• Payment information - credit card details are stored securely within your Stripe account
• Product images, videos, or descriptions

Google Sheets Integration

Sheet2Shop connects to your Google Sheets to display your products and write order information. We only write order data to your sheets and do not modify your product or store information.

Stripe Integration

When you connect Stripe, payment processing occurs directly between your customers and your Stripe account. We do not have access to customer payment information.

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not retain any Google Sheets content or user data beyond the duration of the live processing session. Once the processing is complete, your data is not stored on our servers.

Any account-related information (such as billing and support tickets) is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
