At Sheet2Shop, your data privacy and security are our top priorities. We are committed to protecting your information by minimizing data storage and applying strong security protocols. All your product data remains in your own Google Sheets — we do not store it on our servers.

What We Store

• Account information (email, name, subscription status)
• Store connection settings (Google Sheets ID, Stripe account connection)
• Usage analytics (anonymized)
• Google access token and refresh token (securely encrypted)

What We Don't Store

• Your product data — this stays entirely in your Google Sheets
• Customer information — stored only in your Google Sheets
• Payment information — handled securely by Stripe, never stored on our servers
• Product images, videos, or descriptions

Data Protection

• No Product or Customer Data on Our Servers: As we do not store any Google Sheets content on our servers, there is no risk of personal data leakage or unauthorized access to your product or customer data.
• Encrypted Token Storage: The access and refresh tokens required for Google Sheets and Stripe integrations are stored in an encrypted format.
• Strict Access Controls: Tokens are only accessed programmatically through the authenticated dashboard, which is accessible only to the account owner.
• Disconnection: You can disconnect your Google account or Stripe connection at any time. When disconnected, all related tokens are safely and permanently deleted from our systems.

Use of Google User Data

Sheet2Shop's integration with Google services (including Google Sheets) requires access to certain Google user data.

What We Access

• Google account basic profile information (email address, name) for account identification.
• Google Sheets content: read access to product data you store in your own sheet, and write access for order details.
• Google OAuth tokens to maintain the connection to your Google account.

How We Use It

• Product data in your Google Sheet is read and displayed to consumers in your Sheet2Shop storefront.
• Order details are written back into your Google Sheet when a customer places an order.
• We do not use your Google data for advertising or any secondary purposes.

How We Store It

• We do not store any product, order, or customer data from your Google Sheets.
• Only your Google OAuth tokens are stored securely in encrypted form to allow the integration.

How We Share It

• Product data is shared only with consumers via your storefront to enable sales.
• No Google data is shared with third parties for marketing or resale.

Revoking Access

• You may disconnect Sheet2Shop from your Google account at any time via your dashboard or Google Account permissions page.
• When disconnected, all associated OAuth tokens are permanently deleted from our systems.

Google Sheets Integration

Sheet2Shop uses secure, read/write access to your Google Sheets for product display and order writing. We only write order data and never modify your product or store configuration.

Stripe Integration

When you connect your Stripe account, payment processing happens directly between your customers and your Stripe account. We do not store or have access to credit card or payment details.

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not retain any product, customer, or order content from your Google Sheets. Processing occurs in real-time and no data is stored after each session.

Any account-related information (such as billing details or support conversations) is only retained as long as necessary for service delivery or legal compliance.
